I don't know, nor I believe that anyone else here will do either.
All I know is, that NHC can't buy any shares above their last offer.
As for the acceptance of the 100k shares you mentioned, that is entirely to individual shareholders to accept their offer.
If it was me though, why would I want to accept their offer price and wait for 10 working days to receive my money, when I can sell on market at a higher price and get my money in three days time at the latest.
