I've been watching this for a while, very good ann imo. I Like the fact that they have not burned any cash for this investment, and that OM & AGO have offered cash for their script in this deal.
Anything to do with Atlas at the moment is a good thing, they are fast becoming a serious force and once digesting GIR will be the definite 4th presence in the Pilbara exceeding MGX. Could be worth holding just in case Atlas decides to gobble them up. Then again they have way too many options I believe with AJM, and some of the tenements of DMA's which are in close proximity to Atlas.
