well said, academics are exactly that, not having ever managed drill rigs and make field decisions.. and reporting 100's of metres of chalco and gold when its pyrite show them to be novices. That hype back then really dismayed me, but as with other companies I rely on them having luck on certain ground, as I can see the lack of skill.
Credible industry experience is neccessary and knowing when to walk away from a dog is very important
