The small shareholder has never been a consideration to this board,the stock has been in limbo for the last 2 weeks and if you were a passive holder and did not follow the day to day action you would not know that the company you part own was the subject of a takeover bid.A letter to all share holders out lining the the progress if any of the bid is long overdue.
