In my opinion, if the bid lapses yes the price will drop back to something lower in the short term...maybe $13 or thereabouts. However, I think this offer by RIO made in such adverse circumstances with major holders not wishing to participate (and RIO would have known that) says to me that maybe RIV is a keeper medium term. We do know its long term value is potentially much higher.

If it does go back to $13 or below, I am thinking of buying back the ones I sold at $14 before the offer.
