Slight correction. They only converted to 49 Mill shares They were already holding 19M - 4.1% of shares on issue - just under the 5% limit when holding must be declared. Now holding 15% of company.
Many thought that they had sold right out. They did not take advantage of the recent rise to 13c? Or did they to unload a few Mill? We may never know.
What i do now is that the price came back to 11.5c late in trading and my top up order was satisfied. Yea!
