Dr, when we ( SBL, JT etc) put valuations on AAG of 50 to 70c and then it gets a "valuation" of 34 from a company that clearly has inside knowledge, either they are having a lend of us or they have not been telling the market everything....
I take your point that a merged entity should be stronger however its also more thinly spread to develop all projects at once.
I still think best value for us will come from the outside. This is all a little too cosy for me and something is not sitting well.....not sure what it is but I wont be voting for this proposal without a convincing argument to come....
