wether you like it or not they wanted lrc to develope its assets & are prepared to spend there money to do so, keep yor shares but you will have to spend equally as much as KCN or have your holding reduced, this will most likely happen & if enough holders fail to do so they will quickly move to 90% & i would presume move to compulsaraly aquire the outstanding shares. dont forget KCN already has control of 67% of LRC, i'm afraid that is the way the system works.
