Ann: Change in substantial holding from AGO , page-2

re: Ann: GIR: Change in substantial holding f... I intially thought AGO was buying GIR stock. However the wording of this announcement suggests it is simply the votes coming in that are in favour of the takeover.

Can someone please clarify?

ps a new all time high in the share price may be only a few months away. I remember in 2008 when it hit $4.37. It was on the back of a crazy week where the company rose 45% one day, 35% the next day. It will certainly be a significant milestone when the all time high is reached.
