    Mr Gallahue is leaving to become chairman and CEO of New York Stock Exchange-listed CareFusion, a $US5.7 billion medical technology company based in San Diego. He joins on a three-year contract, with a base salary of $US1.15m and sign-on bonus of $US650,000.
