Will be much easier to realise the loss when delisted, so vote to delist at the AGM - I intend to get a share transfer form (from ASIC?) and SELL my shares held in my super fund to a friend with no connection to the fund for 1c - hopefully that'll satisfy the ATO and save me the $100 or so that Delisted charges.
