re: Ann: EastLink Traffic and Revenue - Decem... dont expect much until the div payout improves - they will move to pay only out of cash income and not sure how much that will be.
as for t/o - that will happen when you least expect it. dont hold your breath, but it is best for them to pick up revenues to justify a higher price
