falcon67 - I have some of the relist stock & FWIW AAQ should come on above 1c - things are planned - naturally that is what the relisting is all about.

The only ting that matters re tax is the buy/sell price - profit or loss - the number of shares has no bearing on anything so to speak.

If you want the tax loss just sell your holdings - you can sell under $500 but you cannot place an order to buy under $500 - at least on NAB online - however if it opens around 1c then get more as unless the world as we know it ends (& it is quite possible)AAQ should be a winner.
