re: Ann: AIZ: Air New Zealand Acquires Substa... Yep, that's correct. They were able to acheive a block-trade last night for 200m shares and unfotunately wont need to purchase on mkt.
With Virgin Group owning 26% and AIZ at 15% the share registry is starting to fill up...
