I am a long term follower of LRL, and bought way back with the original Mt Leyshon.
They were a little unlucky with the gold project but the experience proves to me that the company has outstanding management for it's size.
China has opportunities, but to reap rewards you have to know how to do business. This is the big "intangible" LRL has that you will not find on their balance sheet. Coal is not so much about finding, it's about what you do afterwards to determine what the bottom line will deliver. I've made good money from "boring" coal stocks in the past... for example buying CEY around 30c.
I had to sell for LRL's a while back (was just too overweight) but the remaining shares will be firmly held for a few years. Good management + good opportunities = exciting stock.
PS. Also have a small holding in REY (much more speckie IMO).
