They're a small cap developer looking to move into production. A team of 10 at absolute best. They don't have the resources for a full time marketing position IMO and I wouldn't want any money being spent on this at the moment anyway.
This end of the market is focussed on finding assets, arranging finance, infrastructure development and if you're very lucky, production.
A few nice vids for YouTube and spiffy media releases are hardly going to get the share price moving. A time-bound project plan with specific deliverables and conceptual first production date will.
You may think the team have been a bit slack but even something like the RUM deal takes weeks and months of hardwork contacting potential partners, developing a VP, negotaitaing terms etc... etc... More than the simple media release(s) that we see.
In saying all of that I am a little impatient to see the plans for this year and will reserve judgement until they're out!
