Reading that pdf on CLR I saw this on page 2 under Ownership,

"As at the date of this report, one of the tenements (EPC
1175) is in the name of the vendor of the tenements. The
Company is currently progressing the grant of EPC 1175,
following which the appropriate forms will be lodged to
effect the assignment of the tenement into the Company?s
name. Upon completion of the assignment the Company
shall issue 10,540,915 shares to the vendor of EPC 1175."

Carabella is also progressing toward the grant of the
remaining tenements.

So Mr Byrt ( the vendor ) will get the 10.5m CLR shares of which he owes ??? many to WAL.

The reason why people are getting excited about WAL!!!!!
