Guys, pardon my ignorance but what is illegal in this. It's my wish , if I decide to buy this stock or any stock in morning and than decide against it at opening of market. This is no crime, it's my money and my decision.. I felt like buying any particular stock at 9 am and than decided naaa not a good idea so pulled back the order...
I am not suggesting it is me doing this but just want to understand why you think this is illegal and ASIC can do something in this.
