Is this 35c guess or (educated) gossip?

Why is TRF going to market for cap raising now, when they could announced at same time as DFS when share price was 53c? Was the plan not to participate in IFE, but instos have backed out on them, now forcing them to be in??

I'm really hoping for a rabit of out of the hat kind of announcement here and a placement at current value sticked up.
