Is WNI going to be a dual listed entity?
Has the company made appropriate disclosure all all listing regulations?
Have WNI's lawyers Calyton Utz done their due diligence?
Are the ASX and ASIC going to monitor this flotation?
These are not accusations, but questions I feel should be asked.
