Given that KRM's forecast production is 45K ozs (approx.) AU for upcomming year @ $1200 profit per oz & 85% interest in project, the sum should be:-
45000 x $1200 x o.85 devided by 244 Mil (no of shares)
& x by 10 (P/E ratio) = $1.88 per share
or
$2.82 @ 15 p/e ratio.
Either ways, KRM seems a bargain @ $1.385.
