It would seem that the issue in Nth QLD is the area is so flooded, there is nowhere to pump the water too.

I'd say when the flood situation settles down, it will be roughly around the same time that RQL gets its next batch of evaporators, perfectly demonstrating the timing process required between ordering equipment and signing off contracts.
Next 3 - 6 months should bring in lots of business for RQL in Nth QLD. I guess the floods could not have come at a better time for RQL's bottom line and growth plans ... unfortunately as they say, one mans downfall creates another mans opportunity.
