No, please reread the ann.
AED only announced: provided certain conditions are
satisfied it won't accept the convertable price below 32c.
That means La Jolla can get shares at 32c now, today or tomorrow , or any day when SP below 41c.
$20 million = 62.5 million new shares.
La Jolla of course can sell its shares at any price even at 0.001c per share.
