I disagree.

It looks after genuine shareholders in this company (who have been in, I suspect, for longer that 2 weeks), not those in for an 'easy' trade - and suggesting it's a parting gift is just a laugh, as the holders in this company are in for a longer term, not just a 20% clip.

If you are genuine about this company, you would buy any loose stock available on market and not worry about missing out on the SPP. 10c means nothing when you have a longer term target or outlook on a stock.

We may potentially see a little weakness with the exercise of the options. If you really like the company, surely that would be an opportunity for you to get set.
