Definitely halted for now, those stackers at 0.39,0.395 & 0.40 want to push this down hence why there is no buy depth, try to shake weak holders.
The sells at 0.37 were weak, 14.7k, 13.7k & 30k.
Smart money knows impending news hence the impressive drive to 0.40, but current action suggests they have time on their side.
my short term target is around 0.54.
