The problem is Kate that 99.9% of shareholders wont do anything about this sort of crime. I guess the issue is that most people view investing in the share market as some what of a gamble/risk....and when they are blindly robbed or become victims of misleading and deceptive conduct, they just accept that as their lot.....part and parcel of sharemarket investing.
It wont take too much digging to see just how widespread the problem at GWR are.
