There is nothing happening here. The shell is in idle mode waiting for an opportunity, whatever that opportunity is it won't be opportune for any other shareholder other than the primary holders.

Waste your money if you want to invest in some pipe dream but frankly you would be better to throw your money into BHP or a bank for 30-60 days. At least you can sell at any time and not waste time and energy trying to second guess what you have got yourself into.

This is a broke empty shell/plaything for someone a lot smarter and richer than small fantasy oriented shareholders chasing the next 10 bagger.

It is no longer a VOIP company, if you invest whatever amount you will learn some painful lessons.
