I said CHM essentially lost because the constructive trust case was not upheld and that was what the bulk of CHM's case hung on.
Now CHM is playing legal games because they dont want to pay MMX's legal bills and have egg on their faces for foolishly and greedily rejecting the offer that was on the table.
Dont know about you Gardie but im quite familiar with CHM's board and the only thing not surprising is the their behaviour up till now.
You know the history of CHM as well as i do since they relisted and for you it may be interesting from a legal point but for me its been one long comedy rivalling Seinfeld.
I never saw a company pull so many tricks to stay alive,pity the shareholders.
