sp will increase and reward holders over time, but at 700bopd it is expensive. The re-rating will be as production gets ramped up to 3500bopd.
The sp could potentially rise immediately, which is why i said ignore the possibility of sp falling. But it is more likely the new (discounted)issue that will rise. Maybe they will even rise to above current value and give us a xmas present. I certainly hope so.
Regardless though, IF a consolidation takes place then MHLO are STILL in trouble. One of the idiosyncracies of the minimum 0.1c sell price is a major trap. And why I said a trading halt might be possible for MHLO only.
What if you buy 1mil MHLO today at 0.1c ($1000) and an ex price of 2.5c. As long as their are buyers, you can exit at 0.1c and recoup your investment.
Now if you did a 40:1, you would only have 25,000 MHLO. Technically they should be 4c ($1000), but with an ex price of $1 omg!
Even IF the 40:1 consolidation was at a premium, or opened at a premium. Lets say 25c, what do you think an option with strike of $1 and the heads at 25c would trade at?
Probably the minimum again, 0.1c and you have 25,000 of them. So you turn $1000 into $25.
Time will tell IF their is a consolidation, and how steep it is. But it wont matter if its pre or post cr, it will still create huge potential pitfall for MHLO IMO.
BUT Im sure they will find a way around that.
