    not sure a TO is on the cards, you cant dispute a controlling stake is on the cards. Its already in!

    pala also involved in a big ann today for PEN energy (uranium in SA, USA, AUS).

    I would have thought this looks more like an investment for pala? can they really be interested in running an infrastructure company; more likely they see a distressed and undervalued asset.
