re: Ann: Termination of Framework Agreement N... Not surprising. As Framework 1 was exclusive, their negotiations with MCC would have been a breach anyway.

I suspect that nothing has been happening for a while in respect to Framework 1, and that it was only the recent scrutiny by ASX in respect to disclosure of material developments that prompted them to formally cancel the agreement and issue the announcement.

Am I right in presuming that if they'd announced this before the MCC announcement, then the SP would have been battered?

Interesting to see that Framework 3 is still active. They must be still sniffing around for some ore. Without the ore, the project doesn't make sense.
