perhaps at best it was a poorly worded announcement
a little vague anticipating that holders would just assume that drilling had commenced
i think confirmation of drilling announcement, if even a one liner say "starting on x date and doing x number of metres, expect results in Q1 2011" would push the SP 10-15% (being conservative).
have a look at QPN (not meaning to cross promote as I don't hold any). people buy in pre-spud / driling for the pump.
IMO confirmation here will see alot of happy holders
