This is extracted from company announcement dated 24/11/10 from Key petroleum;

"The board and management of Key have attempted to price this offering so that it is fair as possible for all shareholders. The Company's board of Directors will be
participating themselves as their individual financial capabilities allow but collectively believe that this is an opportunity to partake in what is a significant point in the Company's history as it undertakes drilling of its first Australian wells.

This comment is deceitful bordering on an outright lie. You simply cannot trust Directors when they make this comment and in the case of Russell (5.8M shares) and Wilkie (1M shares) do not put 1 red cent towards capital raising. Total contribution by Directors of $1400 is a joke and sends a clear message.

This statement appears to have been made by Directors to lure unsuspecting shareholders to place their hard earned capital on the line whilst they are not prepared to do the same with their own money.

These people have told one too many half truths which are bordering on lies so it is time to get out.
