Hammerhead, no one knows about ABS these days. Although it doesn't mean that they're out of the picture. They have always being secretive about it.
Perhaps they are more interested in owning iron ore in WA, hence the news in March Re: Atlas Ridley Mine. and the withdrawn of it possibly due to the proposed Super Profit Tax...

But let's go back to something Boulder kept referring to in the last six months, something about <>finalising consortium structures, can I make an assumption that the partnership has now involved a Chinese Multinational Corp. to look into invest and most importantly, construct and perhaps owning a steel plant in Gladstone where raw materials and infrastructure is in place?

All looks promising, and the story will unfold in near terms.
