Yesterday's Form 605s didn't indicate where Sin Tang got the 3m from. Based on the most recent Top 20 list, it must have been either National Nominees, Alcardo or Comet. If it's Alcardo or Comet, then we'll see another Form 605 (National Nomnees are under the threshold).

13 million shares is not really meaningful for Sin Tang (neither as a strategic acquisition or as an investment). They would have liked more, but there's no way that the Directors would sell at that price, and there's no need to dilute further ($1.5m is enough comfort money for the time being).

It's such good news to have Sin Tang sitting on the sidelines. I can't understand why the market hasn't reacted more positively...

Having said that, I dont think that we'll see any major developments before Christmas.
