Refer to the AGM results provided to the ASX - Directors have 5 years to convert @ 28c - provides them with an incentive to ensure the company comes up with the goods - it's good for the Directors and good for the share holders - ie we all make money if the shares exceed 28c which is very likely IMO given what the drill program is for the next 6 months and with what reserves have been reported to date.
