Had a chat with the Chairman Tom Mann and whilst he obviously could not elaborate too much he indicated that talks were progressing and due dilligence was underway.
I asked if we were talking months or years, as i have been listening to the joint venture story for years allready, he indicated that it certainly wasn't years away nor weeks, so i will let you come to your own conclusion.
On the current SPP, i was certainly going to take up my full allocation, however the way the share price is going i think i will be able to buy on market at less than the SPP price, even allowing for the brokerage cost which in my case is only a total of $75.00.
Either way, i will increase my holding by the full entitlement to ensure my holding is not diluted.
AQR IMO has a bright future, the only concern i have is how far away that is???
