"Agreed project with NZ based subsidiary of global supplier of products to the dairy industry; to develop and distribute AGRIPRO? products2010"
2011 - "Enter into Market Development agreement with NZ division of global company to develop & commercialise AGRIPRO? products with applications focused in the dairy segment."
Well well! Me recent thinks in ink seem to be close to the mark [pun on German currency fully intended]
As Reiner has noted, PM was recently in NZ.
German GEA Farm Technologies is a dairy supply specialist that recently acquired NZ Farmers Industries Limited [FIL] into its ranks which now gives it an Australasian, Japan, Americas, and European presence. [NB: FIL GM, Warwick Dowes is ex BPO exec team]. The current equine focus on trials threw me [Presentation indicates Dairy focused partner so is there to be another MOU with an equine specific manufacturer/distributor or will the likes of FIL/GEA [or who ever it is] diversify? Now I see a big market in the American corn lot fed cattle segment with their need to get on top of the feed fungus and acid-resistant E. coli beef contamination issues. A final week of fresh field grass feed will do this ? but as that is impractical and the stock weight will taper AGRIPRO basted feed could well be the go. A bit of work to do there as field Dairy get a supplement feed twice a day [except barn based northern hemisphere] where as lot fed beef cattle go hard on the grain/corn all day.
I'd like to know who the friendly was that picked up the 45M [or was that 54M pre caveat] SLA held tranche of BPO. No 604 yet but SPP dust yet to settle.
