I beleive it will be once it sure's up the resource.
At the moment they don't have a resource big enough. Potential is there but will take time (a long time IMO)
But even at $3 for 150,000,000 shares would seem pretty cheap if they came now.
Obviously working with the land owners is frustratingly slow & may effect the desire as well
