I think any one with current knowledge of the HVN group wont admit that they lost alot of good franchisees 6-7 years ago to TGG.

TGG were to good of an oppurtunity for these JVPs not to take up. also along with being able to call the shots for their stores, exactly like you said "they let the franchesees stop calling the shots" and they felt just like a glorified manager not a Proprietor, hence now the reason TGG stores are every where a retailer should be and do have decent earnings for a JVP.

I think very few of the old school props exist, the very people that had HVN into good profits at their time, lets see what bright ideas Ms Page comes up with next for HVN, I wouldnt be holding my breathe.
