Tranche 1 and 2 placements are @016 cents which is sixteen times todays share price.Even with some goodies thrown in I cannot see many ordinary shareholders taking up this offer with such a big gap between the two prices .Is there a plan to get the share price higher prior to having to take up the offer or will the venture capitalists do there thing ?
