You guys seem to revel in holders misfortune given both you do not hold. Hardly a good reflection on your character given you seem to wish this company to fail and hence others to lose their money. You seem to also trot out the same lines.

1. Auditors raised concerns regards viability on a going concern basis - I would too - they needed cash to cover working capital and to fulfil acquisition obligations for TrustDefender - guess what - they did a capaital raising. This is not particularly hard to understand?

2. Two instos are selling out. Manifest have actually increased their holding although it is obvious they were limited in taking up their obligations or indeed purchased some beforehand? Orbis clearly did not participate and have sold some shares (albeit a marginal % on holding) since April 2010

Again, time will tell on this stock but it would be nice if new discussion - positive or negative would be raised. It might then be considered an intellectual discussion instead of school boys mucking around.
