Have you read the Corporations act?,due dil,responsibilty,care and all that?
have you contacted country news reporters and the contacts they have in the outback.
Project Transform was a croc,the investor comes first over the shareholders,if you believe you were duped then let them know?
Maybe if investors were a little more pro-active and stopped leaving it to the lawyers to do all the research,you may find it fun what you dig up,wether hearsay or not and see where it will take you.
People seem to forget that paying or splashing a couple of bucks to lawyers it ends there,and this fix will be done by lawyers only..
Not so...lawyers need to explore all avenues,so being pro-active and feed back to the lawyers can give them the edge.
