"Are you on the correct thread, or should you be on CER or are you just one off those annoying Downrampers."
The problem IS CNP's problem not the problem for CER. Can I suggest that you closely examine the debt and equity of both CER and CNP. Face the facts CNP has negative equity and nervous banks. The main problem for CER is that it is tarred with the Centro name.
Call me another annoying downramper if you like but at least face the FACTS, the financial facts. CNP is close to a dead horse as far as I'm concerned and I was surprised that I was able to exit recently after examining the latest financials.
At this stage I believe that the lenders are lookin at ways of recovering as much as they can with no regard as to whether or not CNP can survive. They will spare no one and take no prisoners.
I would not be surprised to see a trading halt this side of Xmas. DYOR I'm often wrong.
