re: Ann: Austex Oil to seek Toronto Stock Exc... Another company I invest in (ASX: WAS) recently did a dual listing on the AIM in London. It involved a placement to UK instituations.

AOk have commented that their company is underappreciated in Autralia and spoke to some North Americans earlier in the year. I guess the feed back they go was being listed locally (in North America) was preferable to those investors having to invest overseas in Autralia.

I guess the benefits are two fold
- better SP if they value the company more
- easier access to funds

Unexpected by me but overall a positive I think
