I haven't spoken to MHL, but I registered my interest in placement shares and was called by Komodo over 1week ago.

I agreed "in principle" to participate, with several get out clause if the remaining pieces of jigsaw dont come together. No money has changed hands, but I believe the Komodo portion of capital has been closed since last week.

You could call MHL, but I think you would learn more calling Komodo. They can tell you if offer is closed or not for example.
