Well they have delivered on their promises. I am impressed. Another 1.5c divie on top of their 1cff div makes 2.5c for a share that was trading at 20.5c this morning. They have reduced debt massively and have improved sales and assets. I have always believed that the bottom quarter of the housing market is the place to be. Looks like this company is putting its woes behind it and should now be on the up and up. Don't take this as investment advice, it's just my ramblings. I am excited. Well done GEO. DYOR.
