He has a diverse career that includes managing small and large businesses ranging from 3 to 1,000 employees located in the US, Europe, Latin America, Asia and Australia.
Mr. Kerins specializes in delivering immediate improvements to profits, quality and employee morale that can be carried forward and extended over time to enable an organization to prosper and contribute to its community. He does this by bringing to bear his own entrepreneurial experience, OED? business analysis methodology and the enjoyment that comes from working with serious entrepreneurs seeking to gain control of their world, grow their business and provide for those around them.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Kerins has started small businesses from scratch and dealt with the myriad of issues that most entrepreneur face as they run their business day to day; funding, investors, cash flow, market strategy, product development, customer retention and employee management. Today, Mr. Kerins provides business advice to his family run biotech firm (Airmed Biotech, Inc.) and to entrepreneurs in the New Jersey-Pennsylvania area.
