Timee thankyou for your thoughts i accept my assessment is harsh, shareholders who bought in at the highest prices around $4.00 would not completely agree with you. (I bought in around $2.90)
What do you say to them if they had circumstances whereby they needed to sell at these prices $2.35. That represents $1.75 loss on every share they purchased. Would be quite a loss if they invested a substantial amount!
I dont think the divedend would cover this loss!
While directors cannot manipulate the share price a part of their role is to manage perceptions of the company which they are in charge of!
Which in turn translates to a monetary value!
These guys either don't care or don't realize how to promote the business side of their enterprise!
Either way it is not a good reflection on them or the company.
Lets hope that shareholders dont have such a hard estimation of them as i currently do but let's hope to that they dont have a soft estimation as you do.
After all business is business!
