Jess, Eddie is 69 and has already signalled his intent to sell. I would be very, very surprised if Eddie became a Board member of Senex.
Eddie has about 164 million ITC shares. A one for 5 offer would leave him with 32 million VPE shares, which would be less than Robert Bryan who currently holds 31 million VPE and about 7 million ITC.
If VPE were seeking another Director I reckon Bryan would get the call. Jmho.
